Arulmigu Subramania Swamy thirukoil is situated on top of the Kailasagiri Hill near Kedambur in Vaniyambadi taluk, is an old and ancient temple in Vellore District. It is located at 7 Kms from Ambur railway station. According to legends and epics Kailasagiri Hill is one of the most ancient and scared hills and it is enriched with abundant herbal values. Once the presiding deity here was Lord Shiva. Later on, Lord Muruga become presiding deity of this hill in an all-encompassing love for his devotees with two consorts "Valli and Devanai". This temple has lot of scope for development and due to lack of funds we could not able to proceed, anybody interested to donate or help for Lord Muruga, please contact us.

Nearest Airport : Chennai (185 kms) and Bangalore (190 kms).
Nearest Railway Station : Ambur, Katpadi Junction and Jolarpet Junction by rail (Train).
By Road: There are several state-run buses from Chennai, Vellore, Krishnagiri, Bangalore, Salem and get down at Ambur.
Local Transport: Auto rickshaws without meter, Buses and Taxies are available for local transportation from Ambur to Kedambur (9 Kms).
